1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using the Plan & Hire app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2User Responsibilities
All users — customers and vendors — agree to the following while using Plan & Hire:
- Provide accurate, truthful information when creating an account or making a booking
- Not use the platform for any fraudulent, misleading or illegal purpose
- Treat all other users respectfully and professionally
- Not attempt to bypass platform payments by arranging deals outside the app after initial contact through it
- Not share login credentials or impersonate another user
3Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors listed on Plan & Hire agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of services, pricing and availability
- Honour confirmed bookings and communicate promptly with customers
- Not list services they are not qualified or equipped to deliver
- Maintain a professional standard of conduct with all customers
4Vendor Verification
Plan & Hire offers an optional verification programme that allows vendors to display a Verified badge on their profile. Verification is subject to the following terms:
- Request process: Vendors may apply for verification by contacting us through the app or at support@planandhire.com. We may request supporting documents or additional information to assess eligibility.
- Review: Each application is reviewed manually by our team. The verification status may be set to In Process, On Hold, Verified or Rejected at our sole discretion.
- Accuracy of information: Vendors must ensure that all information and documents submitted for verification are accurate, genuine and up to date. Submitting false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
- What verification means: A Verified badge indicates that Plan & Hire has reviewed the vendor's submitted information and found it to be consistent with their profile. It does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of service quality, or warranty of any kind.
- Revocation: Plan & Hire reserves the right to revoke verification status at any time if a vendor is found to have provided inaccurate information, received significant complaints, or violated these terms.
- No guaranteed advantage: Verification does not guarantee bookings, search ranking, or any other preferential treatment beyond the display of the badge.
5Platform Role
Plan & Hire is a discovery and booking platform. We connect customers with vendors but are not a party to the service agreement between them. We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of any service booked through the platform.
We recommend customers review vendor profiles, ratings and portfolios, and communicate with vendors directly before confirming a booking.
6Account Suspension
Plan & Hire reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent behaviour, or harms other users or the platform's reputation. Suspended accounts will not be eligible for refunds.
7Intellectual Property
All content on the Plan & Hire platform — including logos, design, copy and software — is the property of Plan & Hire. Vendors retain ownership of their own portfolio images and content uploaded to the platform.
8Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Plan & Hire are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
