1Vendor Subscription Cancellations
Vendor subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are non-refundable once activated. Once a plan is purchased and access is granted, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Your account remains active and fully functional until the cycle ends
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
⚠️ Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle will not receive a partial refund. Plan accordingly before purchasing.
2Booking Cancellations
Plan & Hire is a platform that connects customers with vendors. The booking request process works as follows:
- Customers can withdraw a booking request at any time before the vendor confirms it
- Once a booking is confirmed by both parties, cancellation terms are agreed directly between the customer and vendor
- Plan & Hire does not mediate disputes arising from confirmed booking cancellations
We recommend discussing cancellation terms with the vendor before confirming a booking.
